Bike Trip IV: DoubleDay 2007
The ALS DoubleDay Bike Ride 2007 was the 7th annual and the 6th one that we've participated in. It went fantastically! Thanks to all who donated to our team - money and time! We have raised $116,000 already and we hear checks are still coming in! This year was extra special for many reasons.
1. The first official ALS DoubleDay jerseys!
2. Team Rhino, in memory of Mark Reiman, was bigger than ever!
3. Team Ouch This Hurts was formed with T's colleagues. Coolest name ever, lots of first time riders, great support team!
4. A did the announcements and P was sweeper (oh wait, that has happened before!)
5. The whole family was there.
6. Even this one!
7. Carsten was there!
8. The volunteers were awesome and cute! - and how great do the volunteer shirts look?
9. The sign lives on!
10. Everyone had fun!

The thrill of riding in the event for the first time (with so many fantastic people) was matched only by
having a photo published in/on the blog. Thanks again to T and D for "verbal drafting" through the two days.
