Holden in July

After the gorgeous ride up and over the mountains on bicycles, we headed to the beautiful Holden Village where we enjoyed more mountain views. But not until we replenished our systems with ICE CREAM from our favorite German snack bar host.

The next day, legs recovered from the bike, we headed up another mountain - this time to Holden Lake. It's about 9 miles round trip so it took most of the day.

Believe it or not, we did spend one day relaxing in the village.
