I-5 Corridor Junkies

Here it is: Before Thanksgiving to just after Christmas in a single blog! Fasten your seatbelts, because we are about to go north and south and north and south and east and north and...

Trip 1: Pick up visitors from the City of Brotherly Love at the airport:

Trip 2: Thanksgiving dinner in Bellevue:
Trip 3: Helping Mom set up in Bellingham. Surprise! Look who also made the trek up:

Trip 4: Preparing to head south to Everett:Reunions in Everett are the sweetest:

All five Liljengren's together for the first time in over a year!
And then further south for the Seattle Half-Marathon:

Look at all the runners!

After the run there was a trip to the Cohan's for some food.

And then back to Tacoma.

After Thanksgiving we were giving thanks for the white powder, which made Trip 5 a snowy adventure to the east: Rainier as seen from the Crystal Mountain Ski Area:

The season for adding foilage to the house--A quick trip to Tacoma Boys.
And the season for wonderful visits:
A trip to the front door:

A quick trip to Everett for an intimate concert:

And then back to Tacoma for a piano lesson:

There was a power outtage due to extremely high winds, but as you can see, not every house in Tacoma was without power. Nearly 1 million people around Washington were in the dark, but not this brilliant beacon of a house:And then another trip to Bellingham, this time for Grandma's birthday:

Happy Holidays!
